"I know Bonnie Youn as a founding Partner of Youn Law Group. A reliable friend of mine, refered me to Bonnie Youn in 2001, when I hired Bonnie Youn as my Attorney. Meanwhile, the results was EXCELLENT. I hired Bonnie Youn for the second time in 2008 once again, as my Attorney however, the results was OUTSTANDING/EXCELLENT. I will not hesitate to refer BONNIE YOUN to anyone who needs or ask me for a GOOD ATTORNEY. Thank you."

"I am writing today to express my sincerest thanks for the outpouring of your help and support. Finally, we received our United States of America Permanent Resident Card yesterday. I really really appreciate. we will stop by today at your office. I hope see you soon."
"Bonnie, I cannot thank you enough for the time and effort you put in my case to a deliver successful result. My case seemed hopeless but you exerted yourself to bring life to it. There were several occasions that you stayed late just to work on my case. Not to mention the very early morning calls I was making to you on side case but you were patient and took your time to guide me on side issues. Thank you, you gave me hope."
"I just can't thank Bonnie enough for her support and expertise in my case. Couple of years ago, when USCIS was literally rejecting majority of the H1-B petitions for one reason or the other. Bonnie has put up a perfect file with strong document evidences and submitted to USCIS, which got approved and I am still able to stay in the US my work Visa. Similarly, there were couple more situations where she had to put lot of effort and time to pull me out of the deep waters and put me on the banks safely. Bonnie is also handling my PERM process and got me APPROVED Labor and I-140 recently. Thanks very much Bonnie to you and your team of skillful staff."
"After being in removal proceedings for over 9 years, and going through several attorneys, we found great satisfaction in Bonnie Youn. Ms. Youn brought us hope and delivered tangible results. Her countless hours of dedication (including staying in the office until 4am preparing for our case) and innovative use of technology (including pulling up google maps on a whim while in court to prove a material fact challenged by the government attorney) are examples of how she always made winning our case her priority. Her work ethic truly distinguishes her from any other lawyer we have dealt with. We continue to promote Ms. Youn as the top immigration attorney in Georgia, and always recommend her to friends and family."

"It seemed a long and hopeless journey, until I came in contact with Bonnie whose fortitude has exceeded my expectation. She was resolute and thorough in hewing out a path that has led to my receiving my green card today.
Bonnie is an extremely smart and intuitive attorney who cares and understands her client’s needs. It is amazing how she gives you hope when all the odds seem to be against you.
Bonnie, it is with great sincerity that I say thanks to you and your staff for going above and beyond the call of duty in making probably the most challenging experience of my life end in happiness and success. You truly are the best of the best."
However, I met her in April 2009 in order to get her 2nd opinion consultation for my immigration case. The time she researched and gave a solution for my family to resolve my immigration status. Her 2nd opinion was to “upgrade” my case under my husband’s case because my husband has higher education background than me and he can be reached to upper category which is currently open for visa status instead of resubmitting new husband’s cases to USCIS.
I met 3 immigration attorneys in April 2009 and everybody told me to wait until my visa is available, except Ms. Bonnie. I was so impressed with her professionalism and she handled our case precisely with USCIS. Finally, my husband was approved in July 2009 and I got my green card this month. I really appreciate her help and obtaining great results. Thank you so much, Ms. Bonnie and you are THE BEST to me. Thank you."

"I have been doing business with Youn Law Group since 2004. During this time Bonnie and her staff worked ardently to assist me with obtaining my US Citizenship and getting my wife and step daughters their Resident Alien Cards. I was not just another client to Bonnie and her staff. I felt comfortable at each visit, she was patient and precise in updating me on the progress of each petition. Her staff is very friendly and courteous with a great knowledge of what they do.
My step daughter was able to join us here in the U.S on 7/20/10 which was one of the happiest moments for my wife and I. Bonnie, I would like to thank you and your staff for all the effort and professional work that you did to bring the family together again. It is my pleasure to recommend you to any one who might have a complex immigration matter or is just looking for an immigration firm to do business with. Thanks again and all the best with the growth of your business."
"My wife had her IV interview today. The interview went really well. The officer said that her visa is approved and the passport with IV stamp will come via courier with in 7 days.
Thanks for all your help with this process. You have been wonderful."
"Bonnie is my absolute Go To Person for all immigration matters. When I refer a client to Bonnie, I know that they are in the most capable, professional hands out there."

"When my family and I came here from Korea, we were so impressed by the opportunities available in the US that we knew we wanted to pursue our future here. My husband received a job offer with a large company, and their attorney filed for his H-1B work visa. However, the visa was incorrectly approved only for consular processing abroad, instead of a change of status in the U.S. We were assured by the attorney that the problem would be fixed, and we waited patiently while the attorney tried to correct this problem. However, after waiting for 7 months, we learned that the attorney received a denial decision. We were in despair, because this would mean we would have been out of status in the U.S. for more than 7 months! Other attorneys we consulted told us that our only option was to leave the country, but that would subject us to a 3 year bar from returning to the US!
We finally consulted with Atty. Bonnie Youn after reading about her in our local Korean newspaper. Atty. Youn analyzed our case and cautiously advised us that she could attempt again to fix our situation. After only two weeks, she achieved a fantastic result, and our H-1B/H-4 visas were approved for us to stay in the US without leaving. My despair turned into hope. For our family, this was an extremely difficult time, both financially and mentally. But as an old Korean proverb states "After a storm comes the calm." We really do appreciate Atty. Youn and her legal assistant Elizabeth Shin, who both worked on our case with such passion."

"We are a fast-growing IT company that retained the Youn Law Group to file our H-1B work visas for the 2009 – 2010 “season.” The success rate of approvals she achieved was phenomenal. We received very difficult requests for additional evidence from USCIS, including requests for documentation regarding our financials, taxes, and lists of all H-1B employees we have hired in the past. Bonnie provided us with tremendous guidance on preparing strong rebuttal responses to USCIS and we have received approval after approval. As we continue to grow, she has provided training for our HR staff, and advises us on how to organize our personnel files to be prepared in case of a USDOL or USCIS audit, which is an increasing probability in this political climate. We have now begun referring our PERM processing cases to her to begin sponsoring our employees for greencards. Her expertise and knowledge in these areas is invaluable."
